A company is looking for a Vice President / Senior Clinical
Pharmacology Lead (all genders).
Key Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate clinical pharmacological activities for
various therapeutic areas
Develop clinical pharmacology strategies to optimize
decision-making and product development
Build and lead a team of clinical pharmacology experts, overseeing
global activities and ensuring project progress
Required Qualifications
PhD, MD, or MD/PhD with a strong scientific background in Clinical
Pharmacology
Long-term experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and
academic R&D
Expertise in drug development with a proven track record in drug
discovery and development
Successful leadership experience in managing high-performance
teams
Proven understanding of clinical development complexities from
preclinical data to regulatory approval
