Recently, we relocated to a new building to accommodate the expansion of our services.*Key Responsibilities:* Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to veterinary technicians, helping them enhance their skills and knowledge. Leadership Development: Hone your leadership skills and inspire colleagues to promote a positive work culture. Skill Development: Identify areas for improvement and create personalized development plans for team members. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members to ensure high-quality veterinary care.
