Harris Hill Counseling & Coaching is adding to its clinical team of therapists! If you are seeking a private practice setting, we may be a great fit! We are hiring experienced, knowledgeable, and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW or LCSW-R) or Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC). At Harris Hill Counseling, a hired counselor will provide mental health counseling services to a variety of clientele, in a beautiful, comfortable, and professional out-patient setting.

At Harris Hill Counseling and Coaching, our inviting, warm, professional, and beautifully furnished office is the perfect place for you to begin your private practice journey. Harris Hill Counseling and Coaching therapists need not worry about all the administrative duties and general overhead costs (such as rent, utilities, or administrative fees) that come with private practice, as we handle all these overhead costs, along with billing, initial scheduling, and marketing (both online and in the community). We also cover liability insurance, and pay for continuing education courses. If a candidate is not credentialed on insurance panels, Harris Hill Counseling and Coaching will credential the candidate on the major insurances in the Buffalo and Western New York area, at no cost to the therapist.

Required qualifications:
LCSW/LCSW-R or LMHC with active NY State license
Experience counseling adults and/or children
Experience in outpatient counseling
Technologically savvy (for working with electronic health records- Excellent written and verbal communication skills)
A positive approach to therapy
Comfortable using telehealth two-way video chat when needed
