We are always looking for positive, dependable, caring individuals to join our team to meet the growing demand in our community for quality care.LPN - LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE DUTIES INCLUDE:Works within HIPAA, Corporate Compliance and Resident's Rights policiesCoordinates the total care of all residents in collaboration with other-departments and provider agenciesResponsible for the quality of care administered by the personal care aides staffDocument in 24 hour report any pertinent information that needs to be communicated to other shiftsResponds to resident's complaints of staffs observations of physical, mental or behavioral problems and changesContacts physicians (when needed) to obtain orders, notify of resident's condition, and to report abnormal laboratory resultsGives direct advice and supervision to the residentsMaintains appropriate medications records for each residentOrders medications on a timely basis from the pharmacy provider for the residentPrepares monthly medication and treatment sheets for each resident as directed.Arranges transportation for resident's appointments as neededAssures laboratory tests are obtained when ordered by the attending physician and notifies physician of abnormal resultsUpon the completion of the resident's annual physical examination by notifying the resident and/or family in a timely manner***We are also looking for LPNs in our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
