Job Description:
The START program provides crisis response and prevention for
individuals with developmental disabilities who present with
complex behavioral and mental health needs.
Providing community-based person-centered supports that enable an
individual to remain in their home or community residence is our
top priority. Services include: Therapeutic Resource Centers, In
Home Support, Crisis Response, Consultation, Education, and
Training throughout 17 counties in Western New York.
The START Coordinator develops cross systems plans and provide
outreach, consultation and crisis supports. Western Finger Lakes
START is a region wide program affiliated with The Arc of
Chemung-Schuyler with administrative support.
This position requires Master's Degree in Social Work or Human
Services.
This position requires a rotating on call
