Full Time, 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p/7p-7a
DUTIES -
- - - - - - - - Our RT's perform cardio-pulmonary evaluations, EKG's, respiratory therapy treatment techniques.
- - - - - - - - After appropriate certification, performs arterial punctures at the radial, brachial and femoral sites. -
- - - - - - - - Our RT's understand the advantages, limitations and precautions of each type of equipment and medication available for each procedure.
- - - - - - - - Educates patients and their families about their conditions and teach appropriate disease management techniques,
- - - - - - - - Carries out decontamination and necessary maintenance of all equipment
REQUIREMENTS -
- - - - - - - - AAS Respiratory Therapy
- - - - - - - - Current and Valid NYS Respiratory Therapy unrestricted licensure/registration.
- - - - - - - - (RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician or eligible to take the Registry Exam -
- - - - - - - - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
COMPENSATION is based on experience, starting at $25.22 with one year of experience. Sign-On Bonus of $5,000. - Shift Differentials also apply.
