No call or weekend hours. Office hours are 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. No competitors within 25 miles. Facilities are well equipped with C-arm Fluoroscopy, ultrasound machine, and Stryker radio-frequency; eClinicalWorks EMR and e-prescription are available. Opportunities for growth and increasing service area.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be competent with common procedures including TFESI & Steroid injections under ultrasound.
ACLS/ PCLS
Board Certified/ Board Eligible
Current NY/PA licenses preferred
