Scheduling and Staffing: -Ensuring adequate staffing levels and managing schedules to meet unit needs. Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for entire team. Patient Care: Quality Assurance: Monitoring and ensuring the quality of patient care provided by team.
Communication: Facilitating effective communication between nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals. Problem-Solving: Addressing patient care issues and resolving conflicts that may arise.
