About the OpportunityThe Director of Sales will be responsible for
managing the door-to-door residential fiber internet sales team and
a Community Development Manager. The position will be responsible
for hiring, training, motivating, and managing a team of
salespeople. This role requires a charismatic, competitive, driven
person that can motivate others and lead by example.

work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Event participation is required.Travel between markets is
required.
Education & Experience:College degree desired but not required in
lieu of applicable experience. Valid driver's license and reliable
transportation A minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience
in the telecommunications industry or residential services like,
Solar, Pest Control, Home Security.Must have proven sales
experience/accomplishments and a demonstrated track record of
supervising people.
