Job Description:
A company is looking for an R&D Innovation Manager who will
focus on creating new solutions to enhance brand growth and serve
consumer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of new product development and
launches
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and
budgets
Drive accountability within cross-functional teams to meet
deadlines and deliverables
Required Qualifications and Education
Four-year college or university degree; MBA is a plus
Minimum 4 years of Product Development and/or Project Management
experience, with 1 year in an innovation role
Strong understanding of product development and launch
processes
Experience in the CPG industry is required; Health & Wellness
industry experience is preferred
PMP certification or training in project management methodologies
is preferred
