Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Director to oversee
day-to-day accounting functions and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the compilation of GAAP compliant financial statements and
dashboards
Collaborate to build the annual organizational budget and project
budgets
Serve as the primary liaison with external audit firms and manage
internal audit processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent
experience)
Seven or more years of accounting experience, with five years at
the Controller level
Strong knowledge of Nonprofit GAAP and 2 CFR 200
Experience with Salesforce and Sage Intacct or willingness to
learn
CPA or CMA license preferred
