Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Quality - Per
Diem.
Key Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction for clinical quality improvement
and management programs
Conducts clinical quality audits and oversees NCQA requirements
Develops and executes strategies for continuous quality improvement
using HEDIS and other tools
Required Qualifications
5+ years of clinical experience
3+ years of clinical quality management experience
3+ years of experience in managed care or the insurance
industry
Subject matter expert for CMS Special Needs Plans Models of Care
(SNP MOC)
Proven ability to develop and present formal presentations to
senior leaders
