Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director/Sr. Director, Medical
Writing.
Key Responsibilities
Independently authoring and delivering high-quality clinical and
regulatory documents
Overseeing medical writing vendor writers and coordinating document
development and approval
Contributing to process improvements and building collaborative
relationships with cross-functional teams and CRO partners
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in biomedical science required; PhD
advantageous
10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology
industry as a medical writer and line manager
Basic understanding of drug development, clinical research, and
regulatory requirements
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience producing high-quality scientific/medical documents
