Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with sales and service delivery teams to implement
sold solutions
Provide critical date management and escalation support to meet
delivery objectives
Proactively manage customer service needs to ensure satisfaction
and meet expectations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of related experience
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a high-paced
environment
Ability to learn and adhere to customer care policies and
processes
Working knowledge of the implementation workflow
3+ years of telecommunications/technology experience preferred
