Job Description:
We are looking for a competitive Brook Sales Representative / Account Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The Sales Representative / Account Manager will act as the key link between Brook and healthcare professionals while aiming to meet sales targets. This Individual will also serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
As a Brook Sales Representative, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of Brook's products and maximize sales growth.
What You'll Do:

  • Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted clinics to implement Brook's products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Provide product information and deliver product demonstrations
  • Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to all accounts
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Our ideal Brook Sales Representative has the following capabilities:
    • Proven work experience as a Pharmaceutical Rep or in Medical Sales
    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager
    • Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and latest medical issues
    • Experience with multiple CRM tools.
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
