Job Description:
Job SummaryCoordinate schedules and workflow for the team who
repairs and conducts maintenance activities throughout the
facility. Supervise day-to-day work of maintenance employees.
Manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with OSHA
regulations.
SIGN ON BONUS of $1500
Compensation is $90k plus, depending on experience

First day full benefits!MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct contractors and maintenance personnel utilizing
contracts, purchase orders, work orders, specifications, layouts,
prints, and verbal and/or written instructions to plan and complete
projects on time.
- Responsible for the safety and training of the maintenance
department and contractors, as well as their adherence to all
applicable safety, regulatory, policy, and procedural
requirements.
- Responsible for cap x projects, maintenance and facilities
budgets.
- Manage the scheduling of all calibrations.
- Manage the purchase of Cap-X items and all repair items.
- Manage the process of setting up equipment profiles,
calibrations and PM's.
- Manage or assist in Installation Qualification (IQ), Operation
Qualification (OQ), and/or Performance Qualification (PQ) as
required.
- Manage personnel, facilities, systems, and equipment to ensure
completed validation and/or verifications are not compromised.
- Manage and direct the tear-down and troubleshooting of
production, measuring, and other equipment for faulty operation;
repair or replace worn or defective parts; reassemble and adjust
for proper operation; run electrical service to equipment and
facilities; make repairs to hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing,
environmental and other systems.
- Coordinate the repair and/or construction of office,
production, and other structural facilities.
- Schedule and prioritize preventive maintenance for regular
maintenance for machinery and equipment.
- Direct the inspection and testing of all heating, cooling,
plumbing, pneumatic, septic and electrical systems; make
adjustments and/or arrange for repairs as needed; record
maintenance data in accordance with established schedules.
- Coordinate the inspection, testing, and cleaning of fire
equipment, alarms, switches, sprinklers, and sensors; if necessary,
arrange for repair of these systems.
- Maintain and ensure availability of records for all
inspections, tests, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Audit preventive maintenance and work request efforts of the
maintenance staff.
- Coordinate security efforts with EHS&S.
- Act as Assistant Site Security Officer.
- Primary respondent to alarm calls when indicated (24/7).
- Coordinates inspections with local government officials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School completion or equivalent (GED); Bachelor's degree
preferred
- Minimum 8 plus years of applicable experience in maintenance or
equipment repair; at least 3 year of leadership experienceKNOWLEDGE
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Able to work a 24/7 "on call" schedule
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can work
independently with little oversight. Complete projects on time and
on budget.
- Must have strong leadership skills and problem solving
abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform risk assessment of products and processes
and develop corrective measures
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily
adapt to changing situations
- Computer literacy applied to scheduling, procedure revisions
and data management is required
- Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and lead people in
a team environment essential
- Proven track record of reducing costs through contract
negotiation, process improvements, and efficiency gains.
- Must be hands-on, team oriented and committed to business

or without assistance. Associates use both hands for repetitive
actions such as grasping and manipulating as well as both feet for
repetitive movement operating foots controls. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
