Under the direction of Assigned Management, this position works with Analytics, Data & Technology (AD) and Business leaders on the identification & analysis of business unit related strategic project initiation activities related to AD services delivery. The position executes the division's project and program delivery capability. This position provides the project teams, Senior Leadership Team and project sponsors information to meet goals and objectives. This position also ensures that operational issues are managed, focuses on the exchange with project leaders, project teams, technology teams, and the enterprise portfolio management team. This position enforces the delivery management strategy, including development of metrics, managing risks and issues, as well as reporting. The position tracks business strategy activities across all workflows (strategies, projects, and MOB) to identify potential opportunities where AD services can be maximized to meet customer need and expectations. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring key metrics are established and conducts technology utilization and return on investment in order to identify opportunities to decrease overall AD spend.Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities---Partners with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through close-out.---Manages project delivery through all phases from initiation through close-out.---Defines, maintains, and coordinates the project communication plan.---Acts as liaison between client, project leaders and other involved in the assigned project.---Executes business case development according to priorities.---Collaborates with the business and the enterprise portfolio management team to identify cross-functional and cross-council issues and dependencies within the AD portfolio.---Leads definition and refinement of project scope, solution approach, resource needs, and timelines.---Establishes status call cadence, attendee list, and agenda.---Leads and facilitates status calls and documents meeting minutes clearly and concisely to support project efficiency.---Facilitates meetings and review of portfolio performance, including reporting and project execution updates.---Provides and coordinates direction to project leaders and other departments to ensure successful implementations.---Manages assigned resources to successfully deliver the division's projects and programs according to estimates and schedules.---Analyzes resource demand from project leaders. Acts as the technical lead to request and coordinates necessary resources within AD based on the technology solution delivery needs.---Manages scope and change control process and communication.---Supports business strategy by implementing and executing internal project and program initiatives.---Defines and intakes new project work in collaboration with project sponsors.---Leads the department project intake process.---Collaborates with assigned manager and peers to manage and maintain the intake portfolio.---Leads definition of the project and portfolio management framework.---Leads solutions that will improve the quality and efficiency of organizational performance.---Effectively manages relations with business, information technology, and the enterprise portfolio management team to effectively and efficiently delivery solutions.---Mitigates and resolves project and program level risks and issues.---Uses multiple avenues to drive and resolve project and program-level risks/issues prior to escalation.---Effectively communicates process and status information, while also leading task achievement across departments and divisions.---Identifies and leads process and methodology changes.---Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities---Provides leadership and guidance to junior team members.---Serves as the subject matter expert for the department on matters pertaining to delivery and portfolio management. ---Works with business and technical architects to explore and define how the proposed solutions will fit into the overall enterprise architecture.---Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity by supporting the Lifetime Healthcare Companies' mission and values and adhering to the Corporate Code of Conduct and leading to the Lifetime Way values and beliefs.---Maintains high regard for member privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures.---Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required.---Performs other functions as assigned by management.Minimum Qualifications---Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of seven years of experience in a project management role or healthcare. In lieu of degree, a minimum of eleven years working in a project management or healthcare role---Demonstrated expertise in strategic and business planning.---Demonstrated experience managing teams executing under multi-phased and multi-deployment project schedules.---Ability to facilitate groups with diverse perspectives and bring teams to consensus/alignment. Must possess good project management skills to lead teams indirectly to effectively juggle multiple priorities and deliver timely business results.---Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.---Ability to facilitate meetings in different forums such as in-person meetings, phone meetings, or Skype.---Ability to document clear meeting notes---Ability to document and track risks, issues, and action items---Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal form.---Experience with delivery of business intelligence, advanced analytics, or data management projects strongly preferred.---Ability to be diplomatic or firm when necessary in order to drive business forward to obtain results.---Change management skills.---Maintains a positive, achievement-oriented attitude.---Demonstrates initiative and innovation in achieving results.---Detail oriented and ability to work independently.---Ability to prioritize and organize workload.---Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and adapt.---Communicate in a clear, concise manner with all levels of the organization. ---Demonstrated sponsor level and executive leadership presentation skills.---Demonstrated competency of data, analytic, and healthcare terminology and technology.---Demonstrated leader and mentoring skills---Demonstrated strong interpersonal, executive presence, and conflict resolution skills---Demonstrated business relationship management skills---Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.---Proficiency in MS Project or other industry project management tool and MS One Note strongly preferred.Physical Requirements---Ability to complete work in a traditional office environment under fluorescent lighting.---Ability to orally communicate.---Must be able to function while sitting at a desk viewing a computer and using a keyboard and mouse for 3 or more hours at a time.---Must be able to travel across the enterprise.---Ability to work in a home office for continuous periods of time for business continuity.The Lifetime Healthcare Companies aims to attract the best talent from diverse socioeconomic, cultural and experiential backgrounds, to diversify our workforce and best reflect the communities we serve.
