Remote Public Relations and Brand Communications Manager

Job Description:

A contact center and outsourced customer management solutions company is seeking a Remote Public Relations and Brand Communications Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Helping evaluate, appoint and manage US and Latin American PR agencies
Assisting key US-based leaders in identifying and planning media and thought leadership opportunities
Working closely with US-based marketing teams, lending external communications expertise and assistance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Minimum of 5-6 years' experience in communications / public relations, either in-house or with an agency
Familiarity with PR tools, including media databases and release distribution systems
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage agencies with both humility and authority
Ability to work in a multicultural team
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
