Our Banking As A Service Manager is responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients and vendor to understand their goals and objectives resulting in a deeper and stronger relationship. A Banking As A Service Manager with HSBC is a seasoned professional with experience in cross functional activities including implementation, integration, client support, operations, and vendor support. Global Liquidity and Cash Management is one of HSBC's global product lines. The group is part of Global Banking and Markets and global Commercial Banking and supports relationship managers by providing the products and expertise their customers need. In essence GLCM helps clients, mainly treasurers, move their cash, have visibility and access to their cash, and invest their cash. Our expertise in this area has been recognized by the industry's most prominent publications as the best global cash manager for corporate and financial institutions in consecutive years. Your daily tasks can include some or all of the following: Maintaining visibility of and ultimate oversight for all Client Management engagements (in-flight implementations, integrations engagements, service cases, etc.) Provide regular analysis of client activity and establish a regular cadence with covered clients to identify opportunities to: Reduce service case, implementation, and integration volumes without reducing revenue opportunities Improve time to service/cost to service the customer Measure and Maintain exceptional client experience as identified by the customers Optimise existing cash management practices and GLCM product consumption to drive cost, security and experience improvements Direct accountability and responsibility to field and/or resolve service inquiries. Requirements Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions. Very knowledgeable about Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) products and services or other relevant treasury and cash management industry expertise. Solid project management background, managing complex and demanding client projects. Strong Leadership qualities combined with excellent time management, planning and organizational skills. Keen focus on client experience and client success. Ability to manage a high workload.
