The primary role of the Digital Project Manager (DPM) is to oversee flawless execution of multi-channel digital campaigns and projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate directly with internal stakeholders, external creative and media partners, in addition to other teams to deliver marketing programs. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with an organized approach to managing colleagues and deliverables; one who loves checking things off the to do list and can motivate colleagues to get the job done well and on time.Duties and Responsibilities:--- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of digital marketing campaigns and their success. --- Manage and supervise digital marketing projects from beginning to end. --- Track project deliverables, ensuring all team members (internal and external) understand and adhere to roles, guidelines, expectations, deliverables, and timelines, both internal and external. --- Oversee campaign schedule and asset needs; communicate the creation, approvals, and activation with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies. --- Collaborate with B2B segment marketing managers to ensure alignment in budget, marketing, product, and sales activities. --- Manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal buying and accurate implementation of co-marketing funds. --- Communicate assignments to the appropriate people and follow through to make sure work is being done in a timely manner. --- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.--- Attend and actively participate in all necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly status and workload review meetings. --- Maintain project files on the server ensuring teammates may locate and access files independently. --- Monitor performance of programs to optimize performance and develop insights on best practice. --- Identify, develop, and manage direct relationships with key media and tech partners. --- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital plans against goals to drive significant growth in awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. --- Champion, organize, and manage co-marketing submissions, adhering to guidelines and process. --- Ensure efficient flow of activities on assigned campaigns and projects.Education and Experience Requirements:--- 5-10 years' previous experience working successfully as a Project Manager at a marketing agency or digital marketing firm. --- Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, or related fields. --- Self-starter with desire to be responsible and accountable for excellence. --- Highly results driven, organized and detail oriented. --- Strong problem-solving skills --- The ability to organize, direct, and motivate a team (internal and external). --- Be able to handle multiple projects, and multiple brands at the same time. --- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. --- Excellent organizational and time management skills. --- Strong analytical skills with ability to communicate complex or technical concepts to a non-technicalbusiness audience. --- Knowledge of collaboration software and project management techniques and tools (MS Teams preferred). --- Strong understanding of how digital campaigns are tagged, KPIs are set up, and proper reporting & optimization of digital campaigns a plus.Additional Information:--- No third party resumes will be accepted--- CTG will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws. --- Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted--- All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors)!--- CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer--- CTG is an E-Verify CompanyCTG is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions and services that accelerate clients' project momentum and achievement of their desired IT and business outcomes.
