The Director of Sales and Business with the collaboration of business Development Associate, will be responsible for the generation and growth of qualified sales pipelines, necessary to meet or exceed the department's sales forecast and the Company's strategic business model.Responsibilities:Responsible for the development and performance of all Strategic business planning and sales activities in assigned market sectors.Is responsible for developing relationships with maximizing sales opportunities.Will be expected to continue to build the sales pipeline, by continuously adding new sales opportunities.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targetsCreate and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.Skills / Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business or a related field.5-10 years of proven Sales Management experience in Medical device/Medical Sales industry.Excellent planning, organization, leadership, and supervisory skills.Ability to focus and align organizations around critical business initiatives.Experience preferred in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with an ERP/CRM Software.Excellent communication, written and executive presentation skills.Able to work under pressureAble to travel both domestically and internationally.Experience in the healthcare market, disinfection market and / or sterilization market, a plus.Understand HVAC industry and applications, isolation rooms, a plus.Understand Military Procurement, a plus.Job Type:Full-time days, Monday-FridaySalary:Based on performance and experience, salary negotiable.Benefits:Paid Health InsurancePaid Vacation and Sick TimePaid Holidays401K with Employee MatchWebsite:Full-TimeSALARY RANGE NegotiableBENEFITS Paid Health Insurance, Paid Vacation and Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K with Employer MatchWEBSITE PI187159530SDL2017
