Job Description:
The OpportunityDelaware North is hiring a Director of Facilities
to join our Facilities team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo,
New York. As Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for
the plant operations and maintenance overview of assigned DNC
properties, including the Buffalo headquarters building.

- Lead and plan initiatives such as space planning, work order
management, vendor management, landlord relations, operations, and
daily support services.
- Ensure proper staffing and implementation of services, space
planning, event management, and office relocations. Leverage work
to create scale.
- Recommend, plan, and be accountable for the creation and
oversight of the annual operating budget and capital budget at
Global Headquarters.
- Lead, plan, and accountable for oversight of all construction
projects (under $250K) and operating environment (HVAC, building
structure) at world headquarters and projects at Gaming, Parks, and
Patina properties. If construction projects are greater than $250K,
the project is led by a construction projection manager from the
Design and Construction team with assistance from the Director of
Facilities.
- Lead the development, documentation, and delivery of standard
operating procedures; plan and direct the implementation of office
service requests; build-in quality assurance methods.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of positive
tenant and landlord relations for Global
Headquarters.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.
- 7-10 years POM supervision and facilities management.
- Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, manage
competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex information
across functions.
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Systems
Operations; Plant Management; Energy/Control Systems Management;
Deferred Maintenance Capital Strategies; Facilities Management; IT
