We are currently seeking a Sr. Director/Vice President Revenue
Cycle to join our expanding team reporting to the President. This
position is responsible for all aspects of the organization's
revenue cycle, which consists of a combination of both in-house and

comprehensive clinical support through: --- Quality performance and
electronic health record teams --- Practice and office management
--- Back office expertise in human resources, finance, revenue
cycle, and operation
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for leading the billing and collecting for a
multi-specialty medical group that includes more than 300 medical
providers that include both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Provide leadership to in-house team of 30+ including managers,
coders and billing staff
Directly responsible for overseeing outsourced billing team that
complement the organizations revenue cycle
Ensure quality and appropriate training systems are in place for
revenue cycle team members as well as individuals throughout the
Provide comprehensive reporting to senior management that trends
revenue cycle KPI's and provides analytical insight into the
performance of each
Work directly with clinical leaders to ensure the execution of a
fully integrated clinically driven revenue cycle
Work directly with EHR team to ensure systems and data
Collaborate extensively with finance, compliance, clinical
operations, and EHR to ensure organization is on track to
accomplish corporate goals.
Oversee credentialing process for individual providers
Ensure full RCM integration of all newly acquired businesses
Oversee coding compliance within the revenue cycle and collaborate
with compliance team on auditing and provider education
Deliver exemplary customer service in order to provide a positive
patient experience across the organization;
Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Master's degree
Extensive health care experience required specifically in the
revenue cycle management function
Seven to Ten years of senior leadership level experience overseeing
a large staff.
Expert level knowledge of MS Excel, Power Business Intelligence,
EMR systems experience with prior Medent utilization preferred.
Ability to multi-task and communicate with executive level leaders.
Able to develop and implement strategic plans.
