We are seeking highly-motivated individuals to fill our Dealer Performance Manager positions. This opportunity is for candidates who wish to earn at a level that comes with hard work, dedication, and solid value-based selling skills.

What Can You Expect?

The Dealership Performance Manager supports existing EasyCare partner dealerships, including managing performance improvement and guiding key relationships. The position also carries growth expectations, which are accomplished by helping expand current dealerships productivity and revenue, along with adding new opportunities to the territory footprint.

Dealership Performance:

  • Operate in Finance and Insurance and Sales Department Automotive retail role effectively

  • Effectively demonstrate the EasyCare F&I process

  • Complete knowledge and adherence to dealership and industry compliance, and observance of unique dealership guidelines

  • Establish and prepare dealership performance development plans

  • Present proposed action plans to executive managers and business owners

  • Prepare and conduct One/One "in dealership" training

  • Prepare and conduct sales team meetings

  • Conduct competency testing with dealership personnel

  • Communicate utilizing the EasyCare Way visibility method

  • EasyCare Performance Opportunity Analysis (EasyCare Way)- compiling, preparing, delivering and following through on agreed upon action plan

  • EasyCare MotorTrend implementation and training

  • Create and track Incentive contests

  • Dealership performance monitoring

  • Skilled in developing, delivering and monitoring performance based pay plans

  • Business owner relationship building skills

  • Knowledge and effectiveness with all EasyCare Benefits and Assets

  • Present and implement "Stop The Madness" effectively

  • Utilization of all EasyCare reporting and training tools

  • Recruiting retail talent for dealerships

    New Opportunities:

    • Effectively secure referrals and network

    • Skills related to EasyCare New Opportunities: "Start w/Why", Discovery, Awareness and Spontaneous Response Capabilities

    • Document required activity in SalesForce

      Continual Learning:

      • Willing and dedicated to continually learn


        • 5 years successful retail automotive experience, including minimum of 3 years F&I management, or combination of F&I management and sales management and/or

        • 2 years B2B sales experience

        • Bachelor's degree preferred

        • Proven sales skills

        • Proven problem solving skills

        • Experience in training dealership personnel, and small to medium size groups

        • Broad knowledge of retail automotive finance laws and regulations

        • Proven relationship building skills

        • Effective Time Management

        • Highly ambitious, ability to work independently with excellent time management skills

        • Extensive territory travel required, 80% daily travel required, including some overnight

        • Demonstrated technology proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce

        • Demonstrates propensity for continual learning
