This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear reactor vessels, crucial for power generation across the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of nuclear reactor operations, engineering principles, and regulatory compliance. Through innovative engineering practices and a commitment to environmental sustainability, you will play a key role in powering homes, businesses, and public sectors with clean and reliable energy. Oversee the operation and maintenance of nuclear reactor vessels. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement routine inspection protocols to maintain system integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reactor modifications and improvements. Analyze plant performance data and implement engineering solutions. Provide technical guidance and support during emergency situations. Stay updated with technological advances and regulatory changes in nuclear energy. Profound knowledge of nuclear engineering and reactor operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CAD software and engineering design tools Proficient in data analysis and technical reporting Ability to lead and manage projects under tight deadlines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in nuclear reactor operation or a related certification.
