Job Description:

excellence. We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to join
our Engineering, Maintenance, and Asset Management team. This role
will focus on ensuring that all maintenance activities are
effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to minimize downtime
and enhance the longevity of our energy assets. The ideal candidate
will be pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness in our
maintenance operations, contributing to our mission of providing
reliable energy solutions to a diverse customer base. Develop,
implement, and oversee maintenance strategies and schedules for all
machinery and equipment. Coordinate with operational and
engineering staff to develop maintenance procedures and prioritize
tasks. Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget and
forecast maintenance costs. Optimize resource use, including staff,
materials, and time, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance
operations. Analyze equipment failure data and implement strategies
for long-term reliability. Maintain compliance with safety,
regulatory, and environmental standards. Utilize maintenance
management software to track workflows, manage inventory, and
maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Proficiency in maintenance planning software such as SAP PM,
Maximo, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability
to manage budgets and cost controls. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Deep
understanding of regulatory compliance related to the energy
sector. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional
(CMRP) preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a plus.
