The Operations Manager will lead operations and field service across multiple sites, driving efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a results-driven leader with field service or manufacturing experience and regular travel to sites and customer locations. What You Will Be Doing Strategic collaboration with the East Coast VP on budgets, business strategies, and performance plans. Leadership & team development: build and lead a high-performance operations team focused on MRO and field service. Operational excellence: deploy and improve tools, processes, and systems; implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Performance management : drive efficiencies, cost reductions, and quality improvements through KPIs and reporting. Culture & compliance: foster accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement; ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, FAA, ISO, and company standards. Customer focus: partner with sales and service teams to resolve escalations and enhance satisfaction. Growth initiatives: expand value propositions and strengthen presence in existing territories. What You Need for this Position 5 years of Operations Management experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment Bachelor's or Master's in Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar field Experienced with ERP/MRP systems and skilled in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies Familiar with Quality Control Systems Familiar with electric motors, pumps, controls, piping, and valves Strong leadership; able to make an impact from the start ISO 9001 Benefits $130,000 - $155,000 performance bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Wellness program - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
