You will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work, managing resources, and improving processes to optimize our diverse energy generation and distribution systems. This role offers the opportunity to make significant impacts in a dynamic industry focused on innovation and sustainability. Develop comprehensive maintenance strategies for effective asset management. Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance works to minimize unplanned downtimes. Coordinate with various departments to ensure resource availability and efficiency. Analyze maintenance data to predict outcomes and improve systems reliability. Manage the maintenance inventory and procurement of parts and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes. Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry safety practices and regulatory standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
