This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear reactor facilities. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, maintain rigorous safety standards, and drive initiatives that support our commitment to renewable and sustainable energy solutions. Monitor and manage the operations of nuclear reactors in compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols. Supervise and train reactor operations team to ensure high performance and adherence to all safety procedures. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance schedules to guarantee operational integrity and reliability. Implement energy management practices and contribute to the development of renewable energy projects. Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate continuous improvement and technological upgrades. Prepare detailed reports on reactor operations and incident management for upper management and regulatory bodies. Manage emergency response drills and real-life situations to ensure preparedness and safety. In-depth knowledge of nuclear reactor operations and systems. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in regulatory compliance and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
