Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Service Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephone support for DMS and coil products
Perform troubleshooting and remote diagnostics of customer
systems
Coordinate logistics for hardware exchanges and customer
support
Required Qualifications:
A.S. Degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years' experience servicing electronic equipment
Experience with Microsoft operating systems and PC-based
applications
Attributes of high trainability over accelerated timeline
Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job
requirements
