Looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Engineering to lead our talented engineering team. As the Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technological strategy and innovation that powers our cutting-edge solutions. Principal Responsibilities:

• Define and implement engineering strategy for building a high-performing engineering team in alignment with the company's overall business goals.
• Provide technical vision and direction for the development of innovative loan management software solutions.
• Lead, manage, and develop the engineering team, ensuring high productivity, intellectual curiosity, and quality output.
• Manage the engineering department budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient resource allocation.
• Align team members with the right roles to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
• Evaluate and select the appropriate tools, technologies, and vendors to support the engineering team needs.
• Coordinate with product owners and other stakeholders to prioritize projects, allocate resources, and manage risks.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects by overseeing the planning, execution, and review of all engineering activities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
• Coach and develop team members, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, processes, and tools.
