Job Description:

DESIGN ENGINEER


We are looking for an executive level Project Manager who would be responsible for the overall execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Projects could include new product introductions in the sterilization and disinfection or other fields.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Lead, define, plan and implement key projects.

Oversee current projects.

Develop full scale project plans.

Report issues, any concerns, opportunities to management.

Assemble and coordinate project staff.

Manage project resources and budget.

Schedule timelines and track project deliverables.

Provide support and direction to team, where appropriate.

Work with Quality Management and Regulatory Team.

Produce and present reports for ongoing projects through completion.

Manage program changes or interventions to ensure project success.


EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:


Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.

HVAC experience preferred.

Experience in design build.

Minimum 5 years' experience in leading multiple or complex projects.

Experience in manufacturing or regulated environment, such as medical device, a plus.

Excellent communication and strong computer skills.


SCHEDULE:


Full-time onsite - Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

SALARY:


$75,000 - $90,000
