Key Responsibilities: - Implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for students. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to optimize student progress. - Conduct assessments to monitor student mobility and physical function. - Provide recommendations and modifications to support student participation in school routines. - Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and applicable regulations.
