Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to support a K-12 school district in Irving, TX. This contract position runs through the school year, beginning as soon as possible and ending on 5/28/26. The role focuses on working with both general education and special education students in an environment where addressing disproportionality is a key priority. The BCBA will collaborate closely with school staff to deliver behavioral assessments, design intervention plans, and provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students Work with a varied caseload spanning multiple schools and grade levels (K-12) Provide supervision and ongoing coaching to RBTs Train school staff on behavioral techniques and strategies to support student success Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive outcomes Qualifications: Active BCBA license required Experience working within K-12 educational settings highly preferred Understanding of special education and general education environments Strong skills in training and supervising RBTs Ability to manage a diverse caseload and navigate challenges related to disproportionality Location: On-site in Irving, TXSchedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekContract Type: School Year (CSY) contract This position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in applied behavior analysis to make meaningful improvements in student behavior and educational outcomes.
