Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior
Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12
students within a school district in Mesquite, Texas. This
full-time, contract position begins as soon as possible and
continues through May 28, 2026. The role requires on-site work with
a focus on both general and special education populations. Key
Responsibilities: Provide behavior analysis services to students
across K-12 settings. Address significant disproportionality within
the district by supporting diverse student needs. Deliver staff
training to enhance behavior management and support strategies.
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within assigned
caseloads. Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement
individualized behavior plans. Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA license required. Experience working in school settings
is preferred. Ability to work effectively with both general
education and special education students. Strong training and
supervisory skills. Commitment to on-site work within the district.
Location: Mesquite, Texas Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Contract through May 28, 2026 This role offers the
