Henrietta, NY Summary: Nesco Resource is hiring an Administrative
Support Specialist for a temp-to-perm opportunity! Join a dynamic
team where you will play a key role in supporting operations and
delivering exceptional customer service. As an Administrative
Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders,
handling customer inquiries via email, and ensuring smooth
communication between departments. This is a great opportunity for

environment! Shift & Pay: Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Manage all
sales contacts via phone/email, including orders, quotations,
expediting, and inquiries Provide direct support between customers
and the production team Collaborate with account managers,
logistics, and quality teams to address production needs Work with
production planning and procurement teams for expediting orders Use
company formulas to quote pricing to customers Navigate the ERP
system for order processing, product quotes, part loading, and more
Review and coordinate the implementation of changes and updates to
sales orders Investigate and respond to customer questions
regarding short shipments, damaged goods, or discrepancies Update
and maintain customer information portals Print forms and assemble
sales order packets Ensure compliance with company sales &
marketing and export/import policies Generate sales analysis
reports and other customer-related reports Perform other duties as
assigned Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in
a team environment Strong communication skills via email (no phone
calls) Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability
to interpret safety and procedural documents Proficient in writing
routine reports and correspondence Basic math skills (addition,
subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) Ability to
follow detailed instructions and handle standardized problems
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet software
High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of related
experience or training Strong organizational skills to manage a
high volume of emails Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to
20 pounds Moderate noise level in the work environment Why Apply
