Duties to include sewer and drain cleaning, hot water tank and sump pump installation, repair and replacement of faucets, toilets and shower valves. Soldering, ProPress, Gastite. Must be able to work independently. Ability to perform any and all residential and light commercial plumbing issues and repairs. · You will diagnose and repair plumbing issues and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions, · Able to accurately communicate with customer their plumbing issues, and a resolution to solve the issue · Can sympathize and build trust with homeowner · Well Organized and able to restock van/shop when needed Responsibilities: · Typical work day is 7:30-4:00, No weekends, no on call · You will be the face of Ando Plumbing when you arrive at the customers home, and we pride ourselves on honest, dependable service. You will be diagnosing various plumbing issues, and providing the customer with a variety of solutions to either fix their issue or upgrade their existing systems to add value to the residence. · Take detailed note of your work, with before and after pictures with written statement of what work was performed. · Communicating with customer throughout the entire job process: from stepping in the door to leaving the driveway. Making sure the customer is well informed of their issue and how you will resolve it for them so they feel comfortable letting us work on their home, knowing we are there to help and are respectful.
