We have an extensive amount of siding work to keep you busy full-time and year-round! The following proven experience and skills are required: Siding installation process, including: setup/staging removal of existing material wrapping insulation accurate measurement efficient cutting/bending quality installation of siding, soffit, fascia, window & door wraps, custom trim Perform special installations, service, and/or repairs Safe, proper usage and maintenance of manual and power tools Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding and lifts at various residential heights Willingness to work in all weather conditions Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly job site Along with a competitive hourly pay rate, Comfort Windows & Doors offers: Full-time, year-round work Industry competitive pay rates based on experience, including 1.5x overtime pay Incentive and bonus opportunities Annual pay increases Health, dental, and vision coverage plans FREE $10,000 life insurance policy 401K plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4% Generous number of paid days off for holidays, vacation, and sick time Promotions from within for great career advancement Comfort Windows & Doors is Upstate NY's 1 home remodeling contractor with more than 40 years of experience in the home improvement industry.
