An ideal candidate should have a background in commercial plumbing, demonstrating proficiency in executing repairs and maintenance tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities: Work with install teams to complete installation of plumbing systems at commercial project sites Independently perform installation of commercial plumbing equipment and piping in accordance with company requirements, manufacturer specifications and industry standards Maintain extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing equipment and piping Layout and properly install underground plumbing systems Provide accurate as-built drawings to Project Managers Perform and participate in onsite equipment start-ups Maintain accountability for condition of company tools onsite Maintain constant communication with Project Managers and Field Supervisors to ensure project schedule and client needs are being met Perform other duties as assigned by your manager Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing required OSHA 10 certification will be required upon hire Valid driver’s license / clean driving record Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer-focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you? This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
