annually per team \n\t Earn $0.74-$0.77 CPM (No HAZMAT Endorsement)
\n\t Earn $0.79 CPM (With HAZMAT Endorsement) \n\t Earn $0.80 CPM
(With HAZMAT and Doubles Endorsements) \n\t Great home time
available \n\t The longer you stay out, the more miles available
