Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations (Auto Claims)
specialist to handle high-volume claims management for healthcare
providers.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate and bill medical
claims to insurance companies
Research details of auto accidents to identify payers and submit
bills with proper documentation
Follow up on unpaid bills, determine next steps, and contribute to
team reports and audits
Required Qualifications
Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and
software applications
Experience with Coordination of Benefits and understanding of
insurance billing is a plus
Must reside in one of the specified states in the U.S
